I believe that two heads are better than one. So, whenever I have a new idea or need a second (or third) opinion, I never hesitate to reach out to my worldwide HP network. I know that my peers and our leaders will be there to lend a helping hand and inspire me to reach new heights.

How do we attract the best talent to HP? We use our collective skills and networks to find the right candidates.

Being part of different organizations doesn’t stop us from coming together as a team with one goal—attracting top talent to HP. We combine our skills to recruit and communicate open roles to our networks. And together, we find the best way to invite potential candidates in our country to explore opportunities and our culture.

How do we deliver the best home printing solutions in the marketplace? By embracing different experience and perspectives.

Every day, we work as a team to create some of the best products in Asia. Our collaborative innovation is sparked by our diversity of experience and different perspectives. By modeling the HP Way, we embrace and celebrate different backgrounds and locations, which has helped us become a market leader in consumer and small- and medium-business printing in China, India, and Vietnam. This has inspired us to find even more ways to keep improving our go-to-market strategy and recognizing each other for our collective achievements.

What’s my team’s rallying cry? Every time you step on the court, be ready to play.

The action is quick. The pace is intense. And everyone contributes. That’s life on the volleyball court and life at HP. I’ve been a contributor since my first day—even though I was the most junior member of the team. The 3D printing innovations we’re serving up will change the way the world works, and my team is always ready to play.
